Hello, running outlook for mac 2011 and trying to accomplish this. I want to flag emails for followup, then move them out of my inbox and into various subfolders, and then go to one central location and see all of my flagged emails and also see what folder they now reside in (via column heading). I can do that if I go to my tasks folder but I obviously also see my tasks in there and not just my emails. Is there a way to do what I am trying?

Your Mac's Specs
Mac Pro 5,1, Yosemite, Quad Core Xeon 2.8 Ghz, 2 x 2TB + 1 x 4TB HDDs, 8GB ECC RAM, ATI Radeon 5770
Try this.

Scroll al the way to the bottom of your Outlook folder list, look for SMART FOLDERS, then click on the down arrow by FLAGGED MAIL. It works for me. Anything I have flagged will be listed there.
