dose any1 kno where i can get msn for os 8.6 that works iv tryed mac messenger but all i get whel i try to log in is you are not connected to the msn network plzz plzz help

Just go to http://www.msn.com and click on Sign In. When that window comes up, choose the Register button and follow the instructions.

If this isn't what your are tying to do, then please re-phrase your question.
