Only the pronunciation guide, not the spelling, because it's using the New Oxford American Dictionary. You can set the pronunciation through Dictionary > Preferences.
If you're using Firefox, and you get sick of Brit-Eng words being underlined as spelling errors, you can change the Prefs in FF under Advanced > General > Languages. MSWord too has the option of British spelling.
