Hi all,
Would anyone have any advice on the Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist (ACHDS) exam? Has anyone sat it? I cannot find any documentation on the exam anywhere. I have located a Exam Cram book on the previous Mac OS X Administration Basics exam. Would this be sufficient to study from do you think? You can do a course but it's very expensive for something that I dont think (but I could be wrong) would be very difficult to achieve.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
