I recently updated my MacBook Air to OS 10.7.2. Since that update I have been unable to connect to my printer. Each time I attempt to install the software, I receive an error message that the software is unavailable. The HP website simply instructs me to add the printer through the system prefs, add printer (which looks for the software and gives me the same error message). The driver download from the Apple website stalls at about 2 minutes left. I have to reboot the computer to get out of that. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Does the HP website mention anything about the latest Mac drivers being Lion compatible? If not...maybe HP hasn't updated the drivers for your printer for Lion compatibility.
