If I order from a specific store(eg the apple store at king of prussia) does that mean that I'm getting the stuff I buy from that particular store or is it the same as ordering it regularly?

If that is the question, then I would say that when ordering online, your computer will be shipped the usual way. If you don't customize anything, your computer will ship from warehouses located within this country. If you customize your computer, then it will ship from somewhere in Asia.
