Onyx Tutorial?

Could anyone create, or point me to a good tutorial for Onyx? I have the app, but I'm afraid to use it. I just don't want to screw anything up. I also don't fully understand what it can do, when to use it, and what to have it do.

Any help would be appreciated.

If there is nothing wrong with your Mac, then there is no reason to run Onyx. So, you have time to read up on it, what it does, what cache files and permissions do. Then there are a bunch of custom settings that Onyx uses to turn of 'hidden' features of many common programs!
