Well...since each actor represents a computer...a mac and a pc..the pc was offering to give the mac his webcam, wireless mouse/keyboard, mic, etc...since he was going in for an upgrade (major surgery for a pc)...

heh, maybe not a webcam, as in another ad, that webcam was never installed correctly. PC probably broke it.
