***PROBABLY CAN DISREGARD. I FOUND OUT WHAT I NEEDED TO DO IN A DIFFERENT POST*** Apologize for my lack of situational awareness.
I have been a Mac user since 2007 and still have my old laptop. Trust me that thing has been through **** and back and still keeps ticking.
Since I have bought a new Macbook Pro, I would like to "upgrade" my old one (still using Leopard on that one!) and give it to my daughter who is having Windows issues with her laptop.
What needs to be fixed on mine, other than the software, is mainly the keyboard. The down arrow and the eject button (top right hand corner) doesn't work and hasn't since 2008 due to my carelessness. Sweat off a cold soda dropped into my keyboard and ever since then hasn't worked. Is there a way I can actually get that fixed by replacing the keyboard pad or am I pretty much SOL?
Thanks for the assist.
