[QUOTE="pine man, post: 1646742, member: 329282"] I downloaded an App and after its installation I was informed the files could be found in the Containers folder of my 'Hidden' Library. I didn't want the App and moved it to Trash but out of interest I checked the Containers folder and sure enough all signs of it had been removed BUT looking around in that folder, dangerous I know, I noticed a number of other folders which were named after, and contained, files of old Apps that I thought had been removed some time ago. Looking in each of these folders I found a Container.plist file and a Data folder. The Data folders in all of the Old App folders were identical, including folders such as Desktop, Documents, Downloads etc. As the main folder is named after the App that has been removed is it safe to delete it regardless of what it contains?
