Message: <blockquote data-quote="chscag" data-source="post: 859240" data-attributes="member: 46727">Try installing the latest update (11.5.5) for Office 2004.  I don't know why 11.5.0 would not install unless there's a problem with your Office 2004 file folder structure.I've had to completely remove Office 2008 and reinstall in order to get an update to work.  And recently had a problem with the latest Office 2008 update.You may have to wind up uninstalling 2004 and reinstalling it in order to install those updates.  Anyway, give 11.5.5 a try.  Download from <a href="https://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.mspx" target="_blank">here</a>.Regards.</blockquote>
