You can create more of your own choosing. For example, you could make a pair of apostrophes convert to a quote mark, so '' becomes ". EDIT: I need to point out that this only works in "proper" Mac native apps. Some apps are compiled with cross-platform tools and can't access some of OS X's more advanced features like this one. Firefox is the most notable example of this, and Adobe's software.</p></blockquote><p></p>
