Norton Firewall-Connection Blocking ?

Does anyone know why I am getting these alerts and how I go about eliminating them?

Sure. Uninstall the Norton firewall and anything else Norton that's on your Mac. See the following link:

It seems like when my wife is on her Mac Book is when I get these alerts. It seems her Mac Book is trying to access files from the I-Mac over our wireless connection. My Mac Book doesn't do this. :Confused:

Do you have file sharing, screen sharing or the like turned on. That might explain why this iS happy happening with her Mac and not yours.

There is no particular reason to have any anti-virus on a Mac. It has multiple layers of protection by default. You could probably run anti-malware just to be safe. And if you are not downloading shady files or clicking dangerous/unrecognized links, you should be set.
