no YouTube sound.

I am using OS 10.10 on iMac and three days ago the sound stopped working on YouTub videos, it works ok on iTunes and other videos. Any suggestions to fix.

check your audio settings in system pref sounds and make sure your output is set to the correct output if it still doesn't have sound re install flash player

What browser are you using? Does sound work out of the browser for different videos (eg. Vimeo)? Have you tried another browser?

I am using Safari. I just checked Firefox and the sound works on Youtube, so the problem is with Safari.
