No web-sharing option in Sharing option under system preferences

MBP 13", 4 GB RAM, 500 GB HDD, 2.4 GHz Core i5, Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB
Hi,

I was trying install Localhost in my Mac and when I checked in Sharing option in sys-pref there is no Web Sharing option any more.

Do anyone know some alternative for this?
