Newbie here. Aperture 3 - version 3.0.2 won't open!

Hello there. I'm new to the world of macs. I have a question... I installed Aperture 3 and it was working fine, but now it stopped working, it won't even open, it says it can't open because a problem has occurred. It tells me to make sure that Aperture works with this version of mac os x and to make sure i downloaded all the updates available. Well, I did, and it was working, I don't know what happened. Any ideas?

2019 iMac 27"; 2020 M1 MacBook Air; macOS up-to-date... always.
it may help to know what version of OS X you have. Also… since Aperture 3 was released just 2 months ago, surely you are still eligible for support. Have you contacted Apple?

I have version 10.6.3. No, I haven't contacted Apple, thought I'd ask here first to see if I could solve it.
I have another question. Why can't I find the Aperture system ID in the ProApps folder?
