My new mac is acting strangely. My old HD was transferred to the new machine by the place I bought it. First, I should admit that I trashed my Photoshop version (I think it was 2003?) since new OS would not let it open. Yes, I dragged it to the trash. I could not find any PS items during a search. It looks like it's gone. Don't know if the way I uninstalled incorrectly is causing a problem. Next, I am trying to access various documents created by my instructor for my grad course, but they open the programs(mostly word, PPT) but no item. My husband's iMac with same OS does open the items. Should I reinstall Office? My version is 2004(same as my husband's). Some info from searches suggest it's a last resort.
