New Mac Smell

A lot of people have described their new Mac sensations, but I haven't heard anyone talk about the scent of the new, just-out-of-the-box Mac! When I opened mine up two days ago and it was almost as sweet as climbing in a brand new car.

Maybe Apple uses a new-car-type spray from a can.

That would backfire, though, if the assembly line got mixed up and sprayed them with eau-de-Dell.

I Loved My new MacBook smell.

OOh it was even better than getting into a new car.

I wish I could have that smell in a CAN. The smell of a Gorgeous Superior New Mac

I agree....opening the box of my brand new mbp was unbelievable.

The box itself is pure art. Clean, stylish. Putting my hands on it for the first time was amazing.

I enjoy the "new" Mac experience just as much as the next person, but I've got to admit, the "new car" smell of a brand new Porsche would be infinitely more exhilarating than a new mac. LOL

I've never actually sniffed my Mac, but maybe I should have if the smell is that intriguing.

I bought the new-car smell pine tree things, and they do NOT smell anything like the factory GM scent, no new car scent that I know of unless it's the one of Homer Simpson's car...which is made from old Russian war tanks in Yugoslavia. LOL
