Sorry for the lack of info, Ian. When I originally got my new X, the tech at the Verizon store assisted me with downloading old iPhone info into my new iPhone via the Cloud. Everything seemed to go smoothly until later that day, I "lost" all of my songs (by "lost" I mean there was the download from cloud symbol at the far right of each song title). I manually downloaded each song, only to notice throughout the day that my phone was "losing" random songs (kind of like my phone is critiquing my choice of music). I would again manually download each "lost" song. After a day of this, I was finally able to get some free time, so I connected my phone to my Mac and iTunes account. I followed prompts to transfer all of my old aps and info from the last back up of my iPhone 6S (at the time, I only had the free 5g of iCloud, so my phone hadn't been backed up to the cloud for a bit, but I would back it up to my Mac) onto my new iPhone X. Still having the issue. At first I thought it was occurring when I would connect my phone to my vehicles via Bluetooth, but have since realized that the phone keeps rejecting random songs even when I haven't connected to any other devices. I have sync's with iTunes numerous times and backed up to both my Mac and the cloud (I gave in and purchased the additional data space for a buck a month). My X is currently running iOS 11.4.1 and its telling me that the software is up to date. Hopefully I haven't left anything out. I'll be away on a camping trip for the weekend, with minimal service, so I may not get back on to this forum until Sunday. Thank you all for your assistance,
