New iMac help

Can depend on what you are using for email, but in general run Mail, go into the Mail Menu and click on add account and then takeout for there.

If you mean email addresses etc they go in Contacts. I find it easier to move a copy of Contacts to the Dock for easy reference. Question: you completely new to Macs? If so suggest Bob LeVitus' Sierra handbook.
