i don't think it's possible to "change" or "swap" the graphic card as it's permanently soldered to the logic board. feel free to correct me if i'm wrong!

Skyrider is correct.
MBP's, along with the vast and overwhelming majority of notebooks, don't have any way to change out or upgrade the graphics "card".

To Upgrade Your MacBook Pro

1) Drop MBP out high-rise building's window.
2) Drive to nearest Apple store.
3) Buy new MBP with the video card you want.

If you want a computer (whether it's window's or mac) that you want to be able to upgrade then a notebooks is not for you. The only true upgradable mac is the mac pro (not macbook pro).

Most of the time ppl only upgrade their video card is to stay up todate with games. If your a gamer, then A) your should not have bought a mac since the gaming world is much more friendly on windows, and B) you should not have bought a laptop. Manufactures just cannot squeeze in the power of a desktop into a laptop. It would be too big and too hot.
