hi, i'm going to put my household's itunes library on an external attached to our airport extreme and i have some questions, if anyone feels so inclined...
i've noticed that when i'm transferring files over the network from computer to computer, the lag time is PAINFUL, and it blatantly affects online speeds. this makes me wonder if playing itunes music or movies (when the library is wirelessly connected) gets any slowness, skipping, or other undesirable qualities.
also, would playing itunes music or movies from a networked library affect my online speeds in the same way transferring files does?
any input would be greatly appreciated!!
thanks!
