NetMeeting? Webcam Software

Hi guys im new to the mac, so forgive me if this is common knowledge, but i cant seem to find software, similar to MS NetMeeting that will let me chat to other people online with a webcam, regardless of what type of PC/Mac they have. any suggestions? many thanks.
