Well, I've just purchased an older but awesome! 
Turqouise Imac, 266 with 32mb Ram...
The Problem...
My friend who had this tried to copy the system folder from OS9 over to this OS8 machine and jacked it all up and now it doesn't load anything.
I want to Put NetBSD on it. but I can't get it up & working.
I've tried to boot up a live cd [mandrake which was tested on a working system & is fine.] but the boot failed on this machine. I've tried the NetBSD cd to, it doesn't work either.
I need some suggestions/fixes.
