So I have a movie and I'm scoring it, but right now it's in .wmv and I need to convert it to a quicktime readable format so I can get it into imovie and then to garageband. Worse, I need a free one. Can anyone help me out?

I use this to view .WMV files using Quicktime.

ISquint looks good and may be better for your particular situation, don't know, haven't used it.

m4v can be played in quicktime natively
