I am a PC convert who likes flying games and need a joystick that will work on OS X 10.10.2. Any suggestions? All of my PC-compatible joysticks use serial gameport and not USB.

I use a Saitek . One Gold and the one that folds up (they're packed away at the moment or I'd give models).
There are others also.

Thanks, but the Saiteks are way out of my price range. Maybe I'll just look for a serial to usb adapter and see if any of my current joysticks will work with OS X Yosemite.

Thanks for the info. I tossed an old CH joystick in the trash a couple of ear ago. Ha! Who knew?! Probably should have kept it. I have a Gravis joystick and a USB to DB15 adapter that I'll try first.

Well, the Gravis joystick didn't work using a usb to DB15 adapter. Mu iMac saw the joystick, just didn't do anything. Nothing worked.
