Need help setting up a apple account with Android

I just got a Apple TV 4k 32gb box. Now at the moment it's the only I0S device that I have. I have no pc either, I just have a Android phone.

I have logged into iCloud but I can't add a new user it says I need to first logging to a I0S device or PC to create a iTunes store account.

There must b a way I can do this on a Android phone? Is there? [emoji17][emoji17][emoji17][emoji17]

Any information/help will be greatly appreciated.

It looks like you will need to sign in to Apple Music on Android.

Go down to the section where it says "Create an Apple ID on another device".
