need help converting something

hey everyone.

i was wondering if there is any other program besides corel that would open up .cdr or .cmx files???

i just wanna convert an old .cdr file into .eps or .ai

if anyone knows..please let me know

While we're at it.. anybody know of any program that will convert wordperfect files? I know on the PC Word will convert them, but on the Mac.. Word will not convert them.

Maybe the latest version of Word will be able to convert them.

I have read somewhere that the Mac version of Word is better than the Windows version.

Have you tried Freehand or Photoshop to open up the corel draw files?
