May I ask why? VPC is very slow and you would be better getting access to a Windows machine (I assume you're trying to run Windows).

Have run both versions and they are s-o s-o s-l-o-w as to be almost unusable. If you must use VPC suggest setting the virtual memory to only 250MB, the higher you go the slower the VM becomes.

As you do not provide machine details, which helps enormously, assume this must be on a PPC? Only way out of your problem is buy an Intel machine and run Boot Camp, or what I did, look for a cheap Pentium 4 Dell Latitude laptop.
