My Printer

My printer, for no reason at all, has decided to stop working. I have no idea why, the USB port is showing. I have an Epson Stylus Color 740. My mac is an iMac, with 9.2 installed on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Not sure what happening with the printer, but OS X may be one of the answers. Strongly suggest you upgrade to Panther(OS X.3) because of many cool new features, and lots more drivers than 9...Unless you can wait a few months, since Tiger is being annoucned at WWDC(June 28) go for Panther

Is the printer working at all? Does it turn on normally? Can you do a test print? (Check the Epson info on how to do this.) If the printer is working then it can be a connection problem or the software. Check the printer connections and cables and reset the printer in the Chooser. If there is no problem there try re-installing the software.
