Music app with FTP?

I dislike having to syncronize with iTunes every time I want to add music in my iPhone. Is there any good alternative to the Apple music app which can transfer files through FTP, HTTP, USB or something similar?

I've tried "MP3 Player" but it can't display art work. "Capriccio" has an annoying startup screen where you have to choose "new or old UI" before you can start using it. "TuneShell" seems great actually but the free version contains ads and I can't upgrade it. According to them, the paid version isn't in the app store yet because it's still pending approval.

Thankful for reply

Why not use Google Play Music - you upload your music to Google Play Music and you can then stream and download it on any connected device?

I use iTunes Match and it works perfectly for me. If I buy music from iTunes or rip a CD to my Mac Mini it appears on my iPhone within minutes if I am at home, no further intervention required.
