I have a MS Access file that I want to import into SPSS on my MacBook but can't seem to make it work - does anyone have any ideas? I go to New Query and get as far as the ODBC administrator but don't know if it is possible to add a driver for Access since Mac's don't have this application...any advice?

I brought in my Access file by: 1) Saving it as an .xls file 2) Importing that file into either Open Office or NeoOffice (I prefer the later) then save it as a database file.

Right - i should have said this - I can't save the Access db as an Excel file because there are so many rows of data and it exceeds the # of rows possible in Excel. Thanks for the suggestion anyway.

What about saving as .cvs file? Would that work? Shouldn't have the limitation of number of rows.
