I just ripped the beastie boy's live show Awesome I... Shot That, and put it in my iPod videos. I'd like to just listen to the audio in my car so I don't run video and bring the battery down faster. is there a way I can take the audio from the video and make it mp3 format also? thanks...

If you have Quicktime Pro you can simply extract the audio track from the video and save it.
