Missing folder icons on Yosemite

Hey Guys, i've just upgraded my MacBook Pro to Yosemite
i have a problem that some of the folder icons are missing :(
i've tried reboot, verify disk on Disk Utility still not helped :(

anyone knows how to solved it without doing a fresh install?

You need to go back to where you obtained the Korean folder icons and download them again. Then you can replace the missing folder icons by overlaying. I had to do the same thing with a folder icon I was missing. (Not a Korean one though.)

Uhm...not just the Korean folder icon are missing, many other default folder icons are missing too (that is the folders on Library in the attachments)

Yeah i can just replace the missing folder icons one by one by overlaying
but even when i create a new folder the folder icon doesn't show up :(

do you any solution?

Every time you create a new folder, it will use the default system icon. You have to overlay the system icons each time with ones that you wish. You can no longer install a program that will overlay all icons (folders and apps) since Lion. That's why the popular app "Candy Bar" was released as free ware because it doesn't work.

Yeah but the problem is even the default system icon doesn't show up every time i create a new folder :(

someone told me to rebuild the caches via Terminal but i don't know how
