Message: <blockquote data-quote="bobtomay" data-source="post: 1190268" data-attributes="member: 24160">They are wrong.  Bluetooth is not a line of site tecnology, it uses rf and is not going to be affected by the door of the cabinet (at least not much).  Your bluetooth mouse / keyboard will work.  Don't know about the Apple remote, have never thought/considered what tecnology it uses, but I think it is bluetooth also.The first google hit for 'bluetooth line of site' - <a href="http://electronics.howstuffworks.com/bluetooth2.htm" target="_blank">link</a>.If I forget my phone when leaving the house, I don't find out until I get about 6 houses away because the radio starts playing from my phone (via bluetooth) as soon as I start the car. Whether I have it, or it's still in the house.</blockquote>
