I have installed parallels and migrated Windows 7 to my macbook pro in order to use some MS Apps. I would like to "selectively" migrate some of my MS Apps (i.e MS Office) to my mac without migrating/copying all the content in "c" drive. Any suggestions?

Not really enough info to understand what you're trying to do, but...

If you have a copy of MS Office on a Windows machine and wish to migrate it to your Parallels virtual machine copy of Windows 7, you can't do it. Too many registry entries and then there is always the problem of having to activate Office again. You'll need to install your copy of MS Office for Windows in Windows 7 while it's running in the Parallels virtual machine.
