Mighty Mouse allows you to customize your cursors with style - and it does so on the fly, without modifying any system files! Moreover, it allows you to customize all kinds of cursors available in the system - Arrow, I-Beam, Alias, Copy, Move and the Wait cursor. You can animate any cursor and import pre-made ones available at our website. Edit the cursors with the simplicity of copy-paste and drag-and-drop, then hit Apply, and you got it!

I don't like the stall. But it only really happens when my iMac wakes up, or I try to use some weird application that wasn't programmed right. Other than that I really don't see it. I only have 768 Megs of RAM, so I could probably use a litte more. Which would involve me going into the "Service" part of my iMac. But I guess the warranty is over, so I should probably go for it.

make sure you get the special heat glue they use.. it might void the warranty, but apparently parts will over heat if you dont

Thats really the only reason I haven't done it yet. But there are places out there that sell kits for this. I should probably check them out to at least find out what kind of goop I would require to make a good seal.

...And besides the fact that it's outdated and has been enormously derailed... isn't this the sort of thing that should be built in to the OS?
