Mid 2011 iMac 27 inch Graphics Card

Hi, my graphics card is failing in my Mid 2011 iMac 27inch. I have tried the heat temp fix and this has been ok for a few months but now it needs replacing.
Please can someone point me to the upgraded card that can be used?
