I am an old guy and I sometimes visit AARP web sites. Today, this message box keeps on showing up; is it really from Apple and should I “allow”? Being the chicken type, I have been saying NO. The attachment is a screenshot of the message box.

No, don't allow it. And download the free AdWare Medic app and run it to get rid of the adware you picked up. I stay away from anything AARP but for a different reason. ;)

Thanks

Thanks for confirming my suspicions and I will definitely get the adware app.

I’ve been saying I’m old for years — now it doesn’t hurt quite as much as it used to.
