Menu gone! (airport/clock)

Its gone! just like that.
The right side of menu bar is gone. clock, airport "waves", acount name have vanished. i tried going to clock page in system prefrences, but it does nothing.
any ideas? 10.3.6

Verify and repair permissions, then restart or just restart. Let's see what that does.

ok, im a noob. what is apermissions, better yet, how do i repair?

We all do it on a regular basis -- like every two weeks is good or more frequent.

do a sys update to 10.3.9 "Apple Update"

If you just want to get them back into your menu bar:

Navigate to YourHD/System/Library/CoreServices/MenuExtras/

Then double click on Airport and Clock and User.
