I had bought my first new iMac 27" Quad-Core i5 February 12 2010. That's right I am in my first month an a half of being a switcher, and I love it.
What bugs me the most is that I know there is two empty slots that need to be filled.

But after searching the web for memory upgrades I am as about as confused as I can get. All I can find is memory for October 09 iMacs. What does that mean?
My model is iMac11,1 and it was made in 2010 as far as I know. Now I know I can just take it to the Apple store and shell out $200.00. But I was hoping to get a couple or 2gig sticks and spend a little less and do it myself.

Does anyone know where I can go to get the proper memory that I need for my year of iMac?
