Making sure my Gmail Apps are OFF at work

Yesterday I logged into my Gmail account off the OSX Mac at my new job. I accidentally replied "YES" to downloading my Google Apps to the OSX Doc. I quickly went to the System Preferences/Internet Accounts and deleted anything having to do with Google there. It seems to have fixed the mistake. Is this all I had to do? Is there anything else?
