Good day,
A new event from my mail a/c.
I have 2 Apple . One Imac and the other a Macpro.
I also have 2 hotmail accounts.

When I send a new message from my Imac to the Macpro, in my Imac I see 2 identical messages shown in the "SENT"mailbox and also 2 indentical messages in the inbox (Imac). I sent to myself into the Imac the same message,

Under "ARCHIVE" i get two identcial copies named "ON MY MAC"

Do I have a virus? Or a bug in YOSEMITE?

Can I delete the application (MAIL) and get it back from the App store.?

Regards
Ray

No virus, no bug. Change your MacBook Pro Hotmail account to IMAP and that should take care of the duplication problem.
