Mail App Stuck on Prompt

When I sign into my email on the Mail App, the app freezes on the prompt where it asks "Select the apps you want to use with this account:"

I tried restarting my Mac, and restarting the app, however every time I try it happens again.

Has anyone else had this issue? Thanks

Your Mac's Specs
2021 M1 MacBook Pro 14" macOS 14.5 Mid 2010MacBook 13" iPhone 13 Pro max, iPad 6, Apple Watch SE.
Explain what you mean by, "sign in to my email on the Mail app"
Apple Mail is a native Email Client. When you launch (open) it it should display the email for the addresses added in online Accounts.
Clearly I'm misunderstanding what you are doing.🤔
