Mail 1.3.11 mailbox tray moved?

I use Mail 1.3.11 on OS X 10.3.9.
Usually the mailbox tray is on the right side but today it has suddenly jumped to the left. The only thing I've done recently is install Screen Spanning Doctor since my mac is an iBook.

So is there anyway to get my mailbox back to it's old location on the right? any ideas? This whole business of it being on the left is really messing with my world view.

Close the tray. Move Mail all the way to the left side of your screen, open the tray and it will be on the right.
