Magsafe port not charging

My magsafe cable is blinking amber while i connect it to my 2021 16’ Macbook Pro.
I brought it to Barcelona biggest Apple store , we realized it was not cable or charger, He told me i have to pay 750 euros and they will send it to Czech Republic to inspect it and fix it, and if its less they will return money.
I refused, it is not that big of a deal because it charges normally through usb-c. I came home and ordered magsafe port from apple and replaced it by myself. Issue still persist afer replacement.
The laptop is only 1 year and 2 months and it is bit annoying that magsafe port is already not working.
Im just wondering, anybody knows which part is likely faulty if its not magsafe port itself. Is it really likely posible that whole logic board needs to be changed? Thank you for your answer.

I'm sorry, and I have no idea what the problem might be, but how and why were the cable and charger ruled out as a possible cause of the problem?

Is it possible to contact Apple Customer Service and see if they could not help without having to produce over 700 euros to provide a fix that is just barely over a one-year warranty period?

It was ruled out because they used my charger on different laptops in Apple store, and they used their charger on my laptop.

Yea that part im wondering myself as well, i talked with “senior advisor” and he was not helpfull at all, he just said “ask for second opinion” if you think it is too much.
