hi guys I have a magic track pad v2 that's not holding charge for more than a day,

now I know batteries go bad over time but this one is about 6 months old in total

and its battery dies in less than a day and I am barely using it,

now my magic keyboard and Magic Mouse also Version 2 last for about 2 weeks before needing a charge,

any ideas why ?

thanks

The Magic Trackpad 2 has a rechargeable battery that should hold its charge for several weeks at the least. Since yours is only 6 months old it should be covered by Apple's warranty. Give Apple a call and see if they'll exchange it for a new one.

You're asking why it failed? Who knows, could just part of a bad run.
