The monitor uses the proprietary Apple Display Connector (ADC) which is a DVI + USB. So see what type of connector it has on the other side and see if it will plug into the MacPro. If it won't, show us a picture of the connector and someone who knows anything about the MacPro will tell if it's possible to connect these two.
Show us the connectors you have on the back of the MacPro. In that era, DVI was the new type of connector that was used which ended up replacing the VGA connectors, so I'd be surprised you couldn't plug this into the MacPro.
