I am not even sure if this is where i should post this, sorry if it should be elsewhere.
I am planning on purchasing a macbook pro 15" and really my main concern is the programs for it. I need to be able to use Photoshop especially. How can I do this with the new macbooks?
I think that it is possible to just copy and past programs between older versions of macs. I have a friend that did that from a Mac computer (not sure exactly what it was) to his ibook in our technology lab in school. They were fine with this, so it is not like he was really stealing. I have a copy of many of the programs like Photoshop burned to a dvd from the school Mac’s. Will I be able to copy those programs to a macbook and be able to run them?
