Hi Danii! We could sure use a lot more information to help us figure out what's going on there. Among other things, the details on specifically what model you have there, the OS version, amount of RAM and free hard drive space, what maintenance programs you routinely use, do you have backups, all that sort of thing. Thanks.

MacBook Pro 15" 2010 have had since new.
OS X 10.9.4 (13E28)
Memory 4GB 1067 MHz DDR3
Hard drive space not sure, how do i find it!
Have just installed OmniDiskSweeper.
